Express air freight
Same-day pickup against AOG, next-day uplift to major hubs. Door to door from 18 to 72 hours depending on destination.
Consolidated air
Cost-optimized weekly consolidation out of Wilmington, Frankfurt, and Dubai. Right balance of speed and price for non-AOG flow.
Sea freight, FCL and LCL
Bonded sea freight for high-volume, non-time-critical orders. Door-to-port and door-to-door with customs handled at destination.
Hand-carry / on-board courier
When the freight network is too slow. Couriers cleared for ITAR and dual-use lines, dispatched the same hour the booking is paid.

FAA / EASA traceability on every line
Every part ships with FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or OEM CoC at no additional cost. Documents are logged against the RFQ and downloadable from the buyer portal for the lifetime of the part.

Wilmington, Houston, Frankfurt, and Dubai hubs operate to AS9120B standards. Goods-in inspection, ESD-controlled storage, shelf-life monitoring, and FOD checks on every pick.

Every SKU we list has a primary and at least one approved alternate supplier on file. No counterfeit risk, no single-supplier outages.

Export controls handled in-house
Our trade compliance team owns ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use, and UK SPIRE screening before a quote leaves our desk. Restricted parts get flagged at quote time, not at customs.

30-day discrepancy window with no questions
If the part does not match the spec, the cert, or the photo on file, you have 30 days to send it back at our cost. We replace, refund, or credit. Your call.
